Company Purpose:

 

  • To deliver high quality, professional, innovative touring theatre productions to venues across the UK and Ireland.

Company Powers:

  • Hotbuckle Productions has 2 Directors who own shares in the company.

  • Adrian Preater is the Artisitc Director who writes, produces and performs. He is paid an irregular wage through income from bookings and dividends during rehearsal and touring periods only.

  • Gemma Aston, Executive Director is a Volunteer.

  • Hotbuckle employ a Creative Director who works part time and remotely to book tours and manage relationships with venues. This role is paid from dividends, only.

  • Hotbuckle employ professional actors on a temporary contract as and when they are required to work.

  • They ensure quality and consistency through an equal opportunitues audition process.

  • Hotbuckle work and rehearse from their home:   Mill House Farm, Cruckmeole, Hanwood, SY5 8JN.

  • Hotbuckle offer free accommodation to all actors throughout the duration of the rehearsal period and performance schedule.

  • Hotbuckle can provide all catering at a small charge to cover costs of the food purchased.

  • Hotbuckle strive to create affordable productions, work flexibly and closely with venues in order to create mutually beneficial financial outcomes wherever possible.

  • Hotbuckle have established a reputation for producing and delivering consistently high-quality productions which has been illustrated through the repetition of bookings year after year.

  • Hotbuckle currently have no board of trustees and are therefore governed by its Directors.

  • Directors meet monthly to update and deliver projections.

  • The governing document will be reviewed yearly on or around April 1st wherever possible.
